A hard nosed atheist might deny the results of their own logic and agree with Dawkins, who shows himself up as a clown in his pursuit of his God hatred.
Can you deny that the God theory has more credence than that put forward by this world renowned atheist?

A designed universe. Designer?
//A designed universe. Designer?//

OK, who is this designer?
Allah?, Jehovah?, Thor?, Osiris? Zeus? Brahma? ?????
(see my previous post that you ignored)
It's clearly impossible to disprove the existence of a designer, and it's not exactly clear how you could ever prove the existence of one either. It's an extraordinary claim that there was a deliberate purpose to the Universe, making it essentially the conclusion you should reach only once you've exhausted all other options, which will be never.

Debating about which designer it is therefore seems rather futile.

AMEN!
Theland. //Designer?//

Say you don’t know - cos you don’t.

Nailit, why his name? God?

I don't know that a designer designed our designed universe?
Sheesh!
DNA an accident then for example?
Wow! That takes more faith than I have!
God most definitely exists. He is within you all. Wether you choose to know this is your freedom of choice.
Where there is the presumption of a designer, there is a high probability of the presumption of knowledge of who/what the designer is . . . soon to be followed by what He demands of you.
^ // what He demands of you //

Reminds me of a video of George Carlin (click 1080p). CAUTION - language advisory.

Best quote: "... but he loves you ...
... & he always needs MONEY!"
Theland, //why his name? God?//

Are you serious? There are, allegedly, thousands of Gods – and your God has multiple names.
I just love how Theland dodges questions and then makes out that hes answered them. Ever though of becoming a politician?

Anything to back that claim up David?
nailit; John Lennon put it this way; "I believe in God, but not as one thing, not as an old man in the sky. I believe that what people call God is something in all of us. I believe that what Jesus and Mohammed and Buddha and all the rest said was right."
I guess you missed the video, eh? ;-)
//I believe that what Jesus and Mohammed and Buddha and all the rest said was right... John Lennon//

Not an expert then.
n. //Not an expert then.//

No, who is, you?
Well, unless he had some very strange ideas I know a bit more about Mohammed than he did, that's for sure.
//nailit; John Lennon put it this way;//
Couldn't care less which way John Lennon put it.
n. I tend to agree, but most of the good bits came from Jesus and the scriptures, the bad bits all came from his own warped sense of self-importance, sadly, it's mostly the bad bits his adherents seem to have latched on to.
Actually, at the time John Lennon said this, few of us really understood much about Islam, ... but the learning curve has sure been steep!
nailit. he probably wouldn't have been too fussed about you either.
