Theres been many times in my life that I have asked questions, and wanting an honest answer, from my teenage years onwards. Never had one from a Bible believer. All you do is shift the goalposts to ''you just want an arguement''

Once again, if you want to believe that all mankind's modern ills are caused by a dirt man, been deceived by a rib woman into taking a magical piece of fruit from a talking snake in an enchanted garden go ahead.
And redemption comes when God sacrifices himself, (To himself, apparently) To save us from a hell that he made himself.
I'd rather be agnostic re: these matters

Christians will believe that God is the creator, because that is their faith.
Atheists will believe that physics is the creator because there is no God.

my daughter (8) goes to a c of e school. They have been learning about Vikings. She came home and told me that Vikings were silly because they believe the first people came out of a giant's armpit. Cue much laughing from her and he class. How is thT materially different from what the school teaches her - that man was made from god's rib? I asked her and she didn't have an answer
