If convincing evidence of a creator exists, why do many people believe that God had nothing to do with origin of life.

goodlife, the videos you submit as evidence of a creator prove nothing. The first two are by Jehovah witness based on their rewritten version of the Bible. The last one is evidence of what exists, not of who or what created it. Just because you and Bible believers say it happened doesn't mean that it did, wishful thinking has never been proof of anything.
If you want to believe in a creator god take your pick.

True, this “psychological warfare,” this “brainwashing,” does make converts to the evolution belief. But nearly all those converts are usually defenseless when confronted by those who resist the arm twisting and ask for proof.
Goodlife, the burden of proof is upon the one making the claim - in this instance you. The fact is if proof existed these arguments wouldn't.

Based on fact, not just on wishful thinking. no amount of optimism or positive thinking will eliminate war, starvation, disease, pollution, old age, sickness, or death, which atheist and those who have no faith—things that rob so many of happiness.

Optimism does have its place.
But Bible does not use the word optimism; it uses a more powerful word—hope. Vine’s Complete Expository Dictionary defines “hope” as used in the Bible as “favorable and confident expectation, . . . the happy anticipation of good.”

In Bible usage, hope is more than an optimistic view of a situation. It also refers to the thing upon which one’s hope is fixed. (1 Peter 1:3)

The Christian hope, for instance, is that all the undesirable things will soon be done away with. (Psalm 37:9-11, 29)

Revelation 21:3, 4 says: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. . . . And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away
goodlife, definition of the word hope: The feeling that events will turn out for the best. Not exactly evidence of anything, is it?
Question Author
Vulcan@It not actually a reality. But faith is the evident expectation of what is hoped for, for things to come. The Bible was not wrtten for nothing. It is a guide to life, just as a instruction book is for an appliance.Hebrew 11 v 1
I think if I were to espouse a particular belief system it would be that of the Australian Aboriginals.
Goodlife, //no amount of optimism or positive thinking will eliminate war, starvation, disease, pollution, old age, sickness, or death, which atheist and those who have no faith—things that rob so many of happiness.//

Neither will any amount of religion - and that's a fact too.

Ex nihilo nihil fit , as we say in the Coach & Horses
Perhaps .... but that doesn't mean you know what it comes from. Khandro ... does it.
n. Well, at least I know where the assertion comes from; the philosopher Parmenides (pre-Socratic, btw)

You're right, on one thing Naomi.
A bright spark tells me, there is only one thing that comes out of nothing: Darkness. It is created by the absence of light and consists of nothing, whereas light isn't created by the absence of darkness. So this is the exception to the rule, as it is created from nothing.

So put that in your pipe & smoke it :0)
Faith, by definition, is a belief in something that has no evidence.

That's why these Groundhog Day arguments go nowhere.

On the one hand, the believers offer their faith with no proof, and on the other, the non-believers want proof in order to believe.

There is no solution to be found there - better surely to simply agree to differ.
When did God create Jesus Christ?
God created man in his own image.

Why did God start with a thicko that would run around naked grunting?
If it (god) could create, why not just start with an educated human?
How come it took God so long to create man, and why did man come along billions of years after life started on earth?

Question Author
Faith, by definition, is a belief in something that has no evidence.

The truth will not allow for all the different shades of religious doctrine in the world. When a belief is not correct but is wrong, then it cannot be right at the same time. The most sincere belief and practice of that belief will not change it from being wrong into being right. Nor will it become acceptable to God as truth, since he does not take pleasure in falsehood.
According to jw.org, "When was Jesus created?

God created Jesus before creating Adam. In fact, God created Jesus and then used him to make everything else, including the angels. That is why the Bible calls Jesus “the firstborn of all creation” by God.—Read Colossians 1:15, 16."

https://www.jw.org/en/library/magazines/wp20130301/when-jesus-created-why-son/

If that is the case, why is Jesus Christ or the Son of God not mentioned in Genesis as being created prior to man?
