I am so glad I am not part of any religion ~ it's stuff like that which turns me right off.

Martin is trying very hard to conform and I wish him well with his struggle.

Tell him to get back to me in 15 years and swear on his bible that the 'cure' remains intact. I've already told you that I have been around long enough to see the efficacy of your 'cure'........and it isn't. Martin's desire to please you (plural) and his desire to be acceptable to his God have filled him with an enthusiasm to be straight. Once the passion has worn off he will find it increasingly difficult to maintain the charade (although he will be fervently convinced, at the moment, that he is 'cured').

Please DO NOT hire a prostitute to confirm his new found hetero status.................it will have a profoundly shocking effect upon him and may well undo your 'cure'............which whilst desirable, will be at the expense of his mental well-being.

Please try to see him as a human being rather than some sort of eugenics-like experiment.

I have no particular political affiliation.
I tend to think about issues themselves rather than rely on politicians telling me how to view them.

I understand that the act is a very personal one and by no means not everyone indulges...................including a surprisingly large percentage of the gay world.

But I had an epiphany at the age of 16 when I realised one day that I was deeply in love with my best friend..................it took me quite a while to come to terms with that moment; to absorb the enormity of just what it meant.............a life-defining moment.
