I received an email from Morrisons, store I have dealt with, usually for online deliveries. I was offered a prize of my choice if I completed the "How did we do form. I did this, it looked like a genuine Morrison site. I chose an IPhone and my email was there. It said I had to pay £2 and the usual form for payment.

"Under" the email original saying Morrisons was the address "[email protected]". I usually Google these hidden but it didn't come up any scam.

What do you think?

How is it a prize if you are paying for it ? Or was that delivery costs ? I'd be wary were I you. Confirm with Morrison's going there yourself, not using any suspicious, looked genuine, e-mail link.
I think the answer is in the prize and the fact you have to give them £2 and your debit/credit card details.

A £10 voucher for filling in an online survey maybe....An iphone?...never!
This is Not the first time that there has been a Scam of this nature which is supposed to be a Survey for Morrisons.

It's your debit/credit card details that the Scammer is after to receive the £2. payment; along with further amounts from your account.

Hans.
Linda - Please confirm you did not send them any details and if you did you must block your card immediately.
No no no, linda, it's definitely a scam. Don't ever give out your details, or pay anything in order to collect 'a prize'.

I haven't given them any details but they had my email address so I will definitely ring them tomorrow. Thanks Danny for the number.
Linda they can't do much with just your email address but it would be wise to phone your bank so they can put an alert on your account. You do not have to wait until tomorrow just ring the number on the back of your card its a 24 hour service.

My wake-up call to start the week, 06:45 this morning, a very heavily
Indian accented recorded call,
"Hello, this is BT, your Internet Connection has been compromised, please press 1 to connect to BT etc"
In my sleep-deprived state I accidently cut them off.
Oh well, I guess if it was important they'll call back. ;o)
