Man Utd - Serious Discussion
Ok, without any mud-slinging back and forth, just how deep rooted are the problems at Man Utd? Weak squad (which Fergie could see coming), players wanting to leave (Rooney, Van Persie, Vidic), teams not scared of attacking at Old Trafford, Old Red Nose at every game can't help, and Moyes has now lost the plot stating that they are having to 'play against the referees' as well. Just how bad will things get? Interested to hear from any SERIOUS Man Utd fans.

I can see years of problems at Old Trafford if things continue as they are. I believe the owners of the club are paying back 70-odd million a year in interest, meaning they cannot afford the superstar signings in the way Man City, Chelsea etc can. Three problems as I see it.
1) The clubs by far and away two best players are out injured at this time.
2) Several in the squad are just not good enough.
3) Probably the most serious, the players having been used to playing in their previous style have not ,as yet, taken on board the way David Moyes and his coaching staff want them to play.

Harpy, you don't have to be negative to be serious. I'm still waiting for any positives or way forward from Utd fans. As for 'true facts', that's fine if they are actually connected to the subject, rather than pointless tit for tat digs. Some people just don't get it. As for your last post, yes, some people do still want him out.
"Manure loving mafia; Bitter twisted fools raise their ugly heads; Idiots; Worthless; Nit picking fools: You call that "just stating the facts and asking for opinions"? I think boorish describes that. You just don't get it do you? It's not your views I object to, just your way of expressing them! I await your latest insult with baited breath.

A bit of light relief: Moyes is among the nominees for the Barclays Premier League manager of the month award for December http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ sport/0 /footba ll/2567 0678 - is it April already?
