Congrats to Ricciardo but we are back to Hamilton/Rosberg again.
To be fair to Toto Wolff he did not hold back when interviewed and has clearly blamed Rosberg for the incident that ended Hamilton's race and effectively won the Championship for Rosberg.
Lauda too very vocal in his condemnation.
Monaco was bad, the last race caused more of a rift, the cynical view now is that Rosberg is blatantly cheating his way to the F1 title.

How does that and any personality failings Hamilton may or may not have excuse Rosberg blatantly cheating his way to this years title?

Well I thought he got a pretty rough ride today Tuvok.
Coulthard saw it as a racing incident, for me the move was never on at that part of the track whilst Lewis had the racing line.
The Mercedes team hierarchy did not sit on the fence and Wolff laid the blame squarely on Nico.
I would have to concur.
The rivalry within the team will now reach Prost/Senna proportions(way back when), if it hadn't already and Rosberg lost quite a few fans today IMHO.

The stewards may have to revise the result and even place sanctions on Rosberg. If it's true it's frankly outrageous.

Let's not forget that in Hungary, Lewis ignored a team request. Whether that request was correct or correctly worded is another question, but Lewis does not run the team - he seems to think he does, but that's because Mercedes haven't got a true leader like Ross Brawn. And it's not the first time Lewis has been involved in controversy with his team mate. Yes Alonso was made out to be the bad guy in their time at McLaren, but Lewis started it by ignoring a team request..........now where have we heard that before?

okay Angie55 it was okay for you to bring up the team orders nonsense from hungary but my views of today are biased.... what line do you want to take... the anti Lewis line is fine but ......
Hungary was simple, if teflon had been close enough to Lewis he would have let him through, he never got close enough ever to use DRS, that's at least a second. If you listen back to the commentary Lewis said that.
They are fighting for a championship but simple illegal moves like driving into another driver let alone your teammate should be punished.

Slapshot - the team issued the order as I said earlier, but of course Lewis knows best and chooses to ignore it. Also as I said, he's got form when it comes to ignoring team orders. Yes, there's an individual championship, but there's also a team championship. If Lewis wants to issue official team orders, he needs to buy his own team. If Mercedes had a proper team principal, Lewis would do what he was told (as Rosberg had to do last year in Malaysia when Ross told him not to overtake Lewis).
An order that Nico would a)never have been given and b) would have ignored the same as any other driver would have in that situation....

The last time a stupid order like that was carried out was DC in Australia with Hakkinen as a result of which DC played second fiddle for years and never got his chance.

Slapshot - so you know that Nico wouldn't follow team orders, even though he has done in the past. You also seem to know that Mercedes wouldn't have given him that order. May I ask what position you hold in the team to be so sure of these things? Oh, and the last time a team order was given like that was not DC and Mika, it was Massa and Bottas, and before that it was Massa and Fernando.
