NTFS for me.
I changed all my FAT32 pcs to NTFS, and don't regret doing so.

I think NTSC is a video format.

NTFS is more secure than FAT32, and you should only need FAT32 if your XP was dual-booting or networking with ME or earlier, as FAT32 systems cant read NTFS.

What problems are you having?

It's easy to convert to NTFS even when you computer is up and running in fact if you have a ACER laptop check your file system as they came with FAT32 on XP machines

NTFS is definately recommended much easier to defrag for example as well as the better security and reliability
