Pc wont load

We disconnected our pc while decorating. When we set it back up again it will not load past the very first screen which says intel pentium. Our mouse and keyboard are wireless and they both dont work while it is on this screen.
Not got a clue what to do next.

Suggest you try a conventional PS2 keyboard and mouse - It's probably the wireless connection that's stopping the operating system from loading. (Most systems halt on keyboard errors, but you would normally receive an error message to this effect)
