working offline

HELP!!!!!! I.m stuck between a rock and the hard place. For some reason ever time I log on, the 'work offline' warning box appears. I go file and click work online but each time i relauch the browser I end up offline again. How do I always work online any advice much appreciated

click on File and then make sure work offline is not checked.
