I have a dvd player in my computer, but find that it will not play-back the discs that I record on my Philips DVD recorder. I have tried formatting them as per the handbook to no avail. anyone got any solution( Thanks)

Did you remember to finalise the disc ? I've just bought a DVD recorder and that foxed me for a while ?
