printing e-mails

Can anyone tell me how do i print just the e-mail and not all the sides filled with adverts,outlook express i use.

How about copy and pasting to notepad, and printing from there?

highlight the part you want to print as if you where going to copy it then select print from the file menu and put a tick in the bit that says "print selection" under print range
