DELL DESKTOP Computer, please help

HELP! My Dell Dimension desktop has a bug which takes it back to "Choose User" page each time I try to go to my desktop. I think I need to completely re-format to cure but haven't got the re-boot disk. I therefore need all the drivers etc. etc. Dell tech support is �29 minimum! Can anyone help please?

most Dell pc run a 'shadow'. Ask Dell for details - they faxed mine to me.

you want to reinstalled the windows . do you have the windows installation CD.

which operating system do you want to install.
