Has anyone else experienced loss of Mozilla. This happeneed at 10pm last night and is stilll not available.
Tried to re-install this morning but still not responding. Any help appreciated.
prev Sticking loading bar.
  
next HP printer. Are all the ink cartridges for HP printers the same, or do I need to know the model of the printer?

Do you mean Firefox or Thunderbird or something else? Because, if so, the answer is no and also mozilla.org is available.

p.s. did have an automatic update of Firefox to 3.5.7 last evening

The loss of Mozilla Firefox happened at the same time as the update, and still not able to open it.

what happens if you click start > run and type firefox.exe in the run box and click ok
?

Also what version of windows?
