Is this a driver problem..?
I have done a fresh install of windows XP home tonight...( On a spare laptop Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V3515 WL1 )...But i dont seem to be able to connect to the internet... I've gone into device manager and this is what it shows..

When I run the utilities disk windows can't find what it wants.
When I go to Fujitsu downloads I'm not quite sure which drivers I should be getting.
Any help appreciated.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.You've not stated how you're trying to connect to the internet. If it's by using a router connected to your laptop via an ethernet cable then the 'Ethernet Controller' reference does look worrying. (It's also possible, depending upon your means of connection, that the 'Modem Device' might be relevant).
If you're trying to make a wireless connection it would help to know where your problem arises. Is it because your laptop can't 'see' the router at all, or simply because it can't connect to it? You might need to go into your router's settings, using a computer which will connect to it, to check how its currently configured. (My own router is set not to even advertise the existence of a wireless network, yet alone accept any new connections).

A 'BeBox' is actually a Thomson router with a different label on it. Using any computer which will connect to it (including, if you want, the laptop connected with an ethernet cable) open your web browser and enter the address as 192.168.1.254
That should access the router's settings, so you can see whether it's set to hide the existence of a network. If it is, reverse the setting and then see if the laptop can 'see' the network.

There's not much point in doing anything else until you've installed the drivers. As your image shows, your network adaptor is not working.
On another computer, go to:

Work your way through the dropdowns. to select your machine.Select your OS then select the LAN driver
Download and install it.
Restart the machine.
You should now be able to connect to the net.
Once your Amilo is connected, you should be able to use their automatic updater to install the other drivers.
