Can anyone explain which program in MSO2010 that I can Should use to make an adjustable Alphabetical Index list ?

Excel .. I should think.
Open the program and then help panel. You can read quite a lot in there.
Yep. Excel is the obvious one. Access would also be possible but a lot more work.

Excel, once you have built a sheet .. can be sorted by column. Also, you can apply filters manually or automatically. It can also automatically calculate column values .. so I would try it. It doesn't look simple . but once you get the idea, it's pretty straightforward.
