I've just registered with a large garden supplies website and when I went to log on this message came up..

Is it anything to worry about? I don't shop on the internet very often, I'm a bit paranoid. :)

yes Jude, that's the bug. Sadly its a long hanger around too.
Oh poor jude even worse.

I feel fit as a fiddle but have no energy todya, everyday is like Sunday so no reason for rushing off to beach etc. Mr N got called out for an emergency plumbing job. I fell asleep watching George and Midred. We walked down to La Duquesa in the village for lunch, I had ossobuco so tasty, but the 5 min walk back home uphill is a killer! So very hot, anyway back in my cool bedroom, ah bliss, I want to sew, sew, sew but can't find any yet!
hello all, the wedding went like a dream, I have a photo of bride saying I Do and just realised that off to one side three bridesmaids are in floods of tears (and never mind the other 148 bridesmaids that didn't even fit in on wide angle). They wrote their own vows, which may have come from Mills and Boon somewhere, with a dash of a corporate handbook (stuff about "teamwork") but they are utterly devoted, long may it last.

There were speeches from father of the bride, mother of the bride, groom, best man and last the bride herself, who told their story then did it again in verse. It ended something like "ladies and gentlemen, get off your arses, pick up your Prosecco and charge your glasses". The whole day was totally melt at the knees.
Well done jno family for having a good time. Did you cry?

I have just spoken to hija on phone, when I heard her voice I thought oh no, what's wrong, but she's just got a sim card. So all's well.
wonderful Jno, so glad you had a good day.
Spent a big chunk of this morning clearing a bit of the front garden so my neighbours could get in to clear ivy off the side of their house. It was quite a jolly time and we got loads done. It was a shame to have to chop it all back but it will grow back again. I had planned to do it this year anyway as its just about beyond lush romanticism and into blooming untidy.
I may have shed a little tear, neti, but the day was otherwise dry as it turned out the bride had buried a Child of Prague in the lawn outside her room

It has been disinterred and sent on to Manchester for further duty next weekend.
I'm glad it all went well Jno .Sounds like a lovely day was had by all.
I love the idea of the little statue .I wonder if it works even if you're not getting married !
Hope you're feeling a bit better now Jude and you too Robinia .
Goodnight all.
Jno. I apologise sincerely for not remembering The Day. I'm really happy it all went well for you and your family. Sounds like a good time was had by all!
I'm wide awake catching up and listening to Blondie at Glastonbury.
argh argh argh The honeymoon plane has run into a lightning storm and plummeted, several people injured (not jno jnr or Lucy, but a stewardess was thrown up against the ceiling) and has landed at Rome instead of Naples :-(

Should have hung onto the Child of Prague a bit longer.
the plane has landed, Easyjet are not providing coaches but say they will fly on to Naples. Alost everyone has said no way, but the newlyweds are going to continue.
Morning all
I hope they arrive safely Jno .
Nice day here so far .
goodness Jno, your family don't do things by halves do they? We had a fire down the road from us last night quite a few miles away by road but there were exploding gas tanks. I thought at first it was fireworks, the public display kind, but then there was one huge boom that literally made the windows rattle. You know the noise you get when a bird flies into a window? Well this sounded like it was an elephant.
Its drizzly here today and everywhere outside smells of smoke and looks misty.
apparently it was really scary up there, several minutes of flinging people around. Maybe they did get hit by a flying elephant, woofy. I'd fly on rather than miss my honeymoon but I presume they'll be well late. And I'll remain nervous till I hear they've arrived
apparently the plane is too damaged to continue so they will be bussed to Naples. Most of the other passengers had already left, at their own expense, I suppose. What a horrible start to married life.
They are together and safe Jno. :) It'll be an amazing story to tell the kids.
I hope so. Sounds as if she may have a bit of whiplash, but I hope nothing serious.
I think its more worrying for people who aren't there.
At least they've landed safely Jno .The best laid plans etc .
They'll look back and laugh in years to come .I spent my honeymoon type thing on a boat crossing the channel from Harwich to the Hook in what felt like a ten force gale spewing for England ,which cured me of seasickness for ever !
reading her twitter account of it makes it sound rather worse than jno jnr's deliberately calming phone call, with people being tossed out of their seats and the plane going into a dive. Anyway, they're probably on a bus somewhere on an autostrada now. They still have to get to the ferry terminal and then into town at the other end, which they haven't prebooked . I just hope they get some real rest over the next few days.
Jno how worrying, but you know they are OK. They can dine out on this story for years. Rather exciting, I would worry about the plane part but the rest is an adventure.
