Is it anything to worry about? I don't shop on the internet very often, I'm a bit paranoid. :)

another night where fireworks segued into bad weather, we finally got settled at 6am, are having a brief spell of wakefulness before going back to sleep again, my goodness there is some rubbish on TV over night.

A'noon...very much colder but bright so I donned my padded jacket & wooly scarf and I've done all that needs to be done today. I ache way too much to be dynamic.
Yes, more whizz bangs here last night but not quite as explosive as Sat night. And I agree, overnight tv is dire, nothing for the insomniac.

I got ready to go out and it started raining so that put the tin lid on that so I've amused myself by washing the Royal Albert , glassware and nicknacks in the china cabinet .I only managed to break one glass too :)

BUT do you get white eggs over there??

I think so, but they are now speciality, most eggs are shades of brown.

They sell them in Harrods .
I sometimes buy half a dozen duck eggs on the market .They're white .

When I was a child the eggs were mainly white and we would have a brown boiled egg with soldiers as a treat, we always thought brown eggs were healthier!!

It's to do with the breed of chicken Neti .You only get white eggs in Germany too ,never seen a brown egg there .

Well shaney gives you all something to do! Can't have you lounging about at your ages!!

I made cornish pasties for Mr N but cheated and used a pack of grilled mix veg (some of which have never been heard of in Cornwall) but got away with it, I had pork satay and fried noodles, yum!

Now settling in for a good night's telly.

I did enjoy Downton last night!

I just had a lovely dinner, potato pancakes with boursin garlic cheese spread on them and sliced tomato followed by cream meringues. Its quiet here apart from the TV and the dogs are asleep....oh and I am finishing a glass of red wine.

We had schnitzel, fried spuds and salad. Quiet here too , just watching Only Connect and waiting for Granchester . Yes Downton was good.

Dry and bright here but very chilly .
