Sending photos by email

How do I reduce the size of a file when I am attaching pictures to an email? They are jpeg and the size is as follows. 014.jpg ‎ (1894.0 KB) I wanted to send 7 but the limit appears to be 10MB so that will not be possible. Is there a way I can reduce the file size that will still allow the recipient to see the pictures properly and print them out if required.

Send them in two separate emails under 10MB in size...

Why not upload them to a photo sharing site like http://www.photobucket.com and then just send the link to the album to the person, then they can chose which, if any they want to download and print.

If you are using Outlook Express, select the photos you want to send by e-mail. If you only want to send some of the photos in your file hold down the ctr key then select them individually with your mouse.

Next, right click on any of the selected photos and select "send to". Then select "mail recipient". You will now be presented with a small box asking you if you want the photos reduced(default) for e-mailing or left in full resolution. Do nothing if you want them reduced just select OK.

Outlook Express will now open up with your photos attached to an e-mail which you address and write a message and send in the usual way. Don't know if this works for other e-mail programmes.
