I had a program on my computer before I formatted which allowed me to create a virtual DVD/CD drive to fool the PC into thinking there was a disc present.  Any ideas what this was called, or a suitable prog?

A number of CD/DVD burning apps can create virtual drives (Nero, Alcohol 120% etc.) or use freebies like DaemonTools.

If you have a MESH computer then its most likely to be some Pinnacle software.
