ive just installed 7 with all the updates etc
my comp in well in excess regarding cpu and memory and hard drives
but it keeps crashing
i look for the report to help me with the problem but i cant find it

i go into that (and ive set show hidden files) but cannot find the WER folder in there
any clues please
it says....your computer has (something or other) from a problem
then i click on look for information on this then it takes me to that page ive typed out
wonder if it could be my hp printer i had a lot of probs installing that it kept saying "fatal error" then it unistalled itself with all the of crap hp inclued .i reinstalled and succeed the printer works BUT for some reason its not showing in device manager, the first time its done that
Another very helpful windows error then, ID 41 just means an unexpected restart.
I'd disable automatic restart on system errors, at least then you should get a blue screen of death, which might give a little more information. but random restarts are normally caused by driver problems so you can also try updating all your drivers to make sure you have the latest ones for everything.
thanks were not all comp experts thats why i ask the question, all drivers are uip to date are up to date.
looks like it was the hp printer, i download a new win7 driver instead of the one on the disk it came withn and disabled the anti virus on load up,so far no crash
thanks to all
