Have you installed all the drivers for your hardware on top of Windows 7?
Have a look in Device Manager and see if there is an asterisk/warning against any devices.
Also have a look in the Windows Event Viewer for error messages.
What is telling you to look in WER-56328?

Another very helpful windows error then, ID 41 just means an unexpected restart.
I'd disable automatic restart on system errors, at least then you should get a blue screen of death, which might give a little more information. but random restarts are normally caused by driver problems so you can also try updating all your drivers to make sure you have the latest ones for everything.
