Can anyone help please?
I have a problem trying to see my emails. every time I try I get a pop up saying "there is a problem with my server and it does not recognise user name or password" I have tried retyping several times but to no avail. is it something silly I have done wrong or is there anything else . I have never changed anything so I can't understand whats happened.

Virgin doesn't report any email problems https://national.virg...-announcements/status Can you call them or log on "My Virgn Media" to check for faults.
