Hi All,

Any one know how long voice recorder will record for on windows 7? ( I think xp had a default of 30 seconds). Also, I have bought a 8gb memory stick, can I set the computer to record directly to the stick? what sort of length of time would 8gb stick run for before being filled up?

It will record until you run out of hard drive space and you'll get roughly 25hours per 1GB assuming the recordings are 96Kb/s 2 channel stereo.

thank you, I will only be recording through a microphone for 4 hours, so thats good news.
