It is taking a huge time for some people to upgrade at the moment though Beaky, so don't be disappointed if you don't see it straight away.

Chuckfickens, i've been through many in my life, some painful, some embarrassing and some i ca never speak of again!
Boxtops i travel on public transport all the time so i'm used to waiting around whilst nothing happens.

Echokilo how did you just do it, i tried countless times to enter my username and password and everytime i pressed submit it cleared my name and password without it submitting?

I went to the linkto the previous question that Lie-In-King gave us and used the link to the Gravatar site - this asks for your email address and then sends you a link and instructions on how to upload the picture you want - and then you need to grade is as G ......................... then scroll down on Lie-In-King's link and see the second part of the answer .... this tells you how to edit your profile - check the box at the top where it says your Avatar is currently inactive and this should make it live ............... give it another go xx
