Submiting responses problem

This morning, in the last half an hour, I have rsponded to various thread approximately ten times. Only once has my response got through. The rest have resulted in a pink line across the top of the page saying an error has occured.

Does anyone know why this is happening. I am using Google Chrome. I am going to highlight and save this before I send it because I suspect it will not get through.
