Question Went Into Hisory - But Need Help Urgently As You Can See

Sorry to be in History but answerbank would not let me into technology. I have done a stupid thing bbecause a thing called PIF sCAN thing kept popping up and another pop up MAYBE JAVA (CAN'T REMEMBER) which I don't remember the name but I removed it from control panel which mean I am working OFFLINE AND CAN CONK OUT ANYTIME

anybody tell me how can I restore what I deleted back to control panel.

This is serious for me because I need the computer to be okay tomorrow morning to receive an email because of my deafness we are going to be communicating via email. Hopefully it will submit because it did not submit last min or so. I will stay here for any answers as long as computer will allow me - thanks here goes submitting

thanks for answering zacs - the pif scan was coming onto page telling me I had 200 errors so I just thought another scam - and because I think did not know what the meaning of java i took that off control panel. next thing when I went into internet said you are not connected etc but i checked everything plugs etc and so I am actually talking to you through offline - but if I go off the internet again won't let me in again - I am blaming myself for removing the above - sorry for being long-winded.

Earlier on this morning I fiddled with stuff I haven't a clue about - one of the restore to a far back date like last week - which I choosed - started to restore I thought this is ok - Zacsmaster can't remember all the details but I think it said no you did not restore. I have tried shutting down and coming up again but no it won't let me into internet - yet my hub is fine all lit up blaha Also a load of icons have appeared that I never had before ie videos, koyotesoft products, radio , facebook twitter to name a few.

Question went into History never was there before - maybe just your opinion do you think my taking off those things in control panel done the damage or shall I fiddle a bit more - maybe turn the computer off for an hour or so.
