Canon Mg5450 Wireless Printer Stopped Seeing My Laptop
0 Answers
Up until a week ago I was happily enjoying the ability to wirelessly print from both my laptop (Win 7 64) and my iPad, but am now getting a 'printer not responding' error message when I attempt to print from the laptop.
I thought I could get round the problem by installing the Pixma Printing Solutions app and getting the pdfs I need printed via my HTC phone, but like the laptop, it too isn't being located. I reconfigured the printer and it does see the router.
Now I do recall seeing a pop-up window telling me of an IP address conflict, but I closed it and thought no more about it. Would this be the reason why neither the laptop nor the phone are being 'seen' by the printer? If this is the reason, how do I go about rectifying the problem?
Sorry is this is rather long winded . . .
