I've looked and looked but can't seem to find what price they start from a day . It's for a business Twitter account . Any lovely person know??

I think they're all from third parties and I would be very wary about their claims to boost your followers without doing some serious research. Some advice here from Forbes (so should be trustworthy) although it is from 3 years ago:
