My cuckoo clock thinks it’s 3pm and it’s only 1pm. I don’t know how to reset it.

Ah, i've just noticed

I think it's for more traditional cuckoo clocks with the hanging pine cone things. It's odd.. i was thinking of getting a cuckoo clock recently, then read into how much effort they can be to run, and with the price, decided to leave it.

It’s very contemporary and matches my decor and my grandchildren love it

Maybe, there's a problem with the battery? Try to change it. And look for more answers on specialized forums. Most of us are amateurs in that stuff.
