This keeps popping up when I'm using Opera browser and stops me from doing what I'm doing. Anyone know what it is and how I can get rid of it, please?

First, carry out a malware scan. If you've already got the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) on your computer, use that. However I hesitate to advise installing it for the first time, as it automatically gives you a free trial of the paid-for version, which seems to slow some computers down quite a lot. So, if you've not already got MBAM, download and run this program instead. (There's no installation process; you simply run the downloaded file directly):

Then reset Opera to its default settings:

Browsers are very much a personal choice.
I don't use Windows 10, so Edge isn't available to me but I certainly wouldn't use Internet Explorer.
I don't like Chrome (or the way that Google automatically tries to link everything you do online together).
I've only used Opera a few times (on public computers) but it's never leapt out at me as being either particularly good or particularly bad.
I've got Avant and Vivaldi available to me on this machine but, for day-to-day use, my own choice is Firefox:
