I live in a NTL cabled street. My phone, TV and internet all come as a bundled package from NTL via a hole they drilled through my wall. I am very dissatisfied with the service I'm receiving and wan't to change service providers. When I first moved in to this flat there was no connectivity to the outside world, not even a phone line. My question is has NTL exclusive rights or can I change my ISP and get a satelite dish and go with BT for phone or whatever?
