when i turn on the computer i get the same message over and over again "runtime error" how can i stop this or any other message from coming up on screen i believe there is a site for this

Go to Start -> All Programs -> Startup. These are the programs that start each time you start the computer. Remove them by right-clicking and selecting Delete.
