Sorry, it's not possible with Sky.

Sky satellite dishes take their signals from either the Astra satellites at 28.2�E or the Eurobird statellite at 28.5�E. Neither of these satellites carries Cyprus Sat TV.

To receive Cyprus Sat TV (which is available without subscription) your friend would need to have a satellite dish pointing at a different satellite. This might be 'fringe area' reception, possibly requiring a larger (and more expensive) dish than for Sky. (Remember that a large satellite dish, or a second satellite dish of any size, requires planning permission).
