pc screen moved

I came out of google earth last night and my task bar/start/clock etc had moved itself from the bottom of my screen to the top. Can anyone tell me how i get it back to the bottom again please. Thanks in advance

Right click on the task bar and make sure that 'lock the taskbar' is not ticked. You can then drag and drop the taskbar to which ever part of the screen you like and then right click and click 'lock the taskbar'.
