If you're writing the page using HTML (not through MS Word, Frontpage etc), you simply do this:

email link

Also, if you wish to tell their email client what Subject to use (they can change it if they want, but it will automatically be put their), you can do this:

email link
^can someone verify that this idea is correct?
:D, as you can see because answerbank allows us to use HTML in our posts, that code has been turned into the email links (I didn't want this to happen).

<A HREF="mailto:[email protected]">email link</A>

<A HREF="mailto:[email protected]?SubjectGoesHere">email link</A>
^Please verify for me that this last one is correct
e-mail link mailto:[email protected]?subject=thesubjectgoeshere
