I currently have a Sony DE-695 Amp, and am running 8 Ohm impedance front speakers. I am looking into buyin a centre, and have seen one i would like that has an impedance on 4 Ohms. Will this work with the amp and the fronts?

I am assuming this is your receiver here: http://superstore-electronics.com/pd_sony_strde695

If so then I can only guess as I can't find any better specs on the net but I would say that it's a no I'm afraid as normally the only channel that would be a different impedence would be the subwoofer....If you need a website to give you other options for a centre can I humbly recommend this one?
