Urgent help required please. Our Sky plus box went onto standby at about 10pm last night and won't come back on. We've spoken to the engineer who talked us through the backup procedure and we have tried switching it off for several hours but no joy. We want to get a replacement box before lunchtime. Does anybody know where we can get a box off the shelf. Thanks
