MSN help please

Hi
I have now got Windows Vista and I went on to MSN to chat to my family and it won't work the two little men just go round and round till a error message comes up saying ERROR 81000306 so after a bit of messing I find out I should down load a older version then the one that came with the computer to this one 8.1.0178 so I did all that and its still not working. I have set the Firewall to allow MSN and I have been on the support pages, I am not sure what else I can do?

Please can some one help me out there?

Delete msn off computer then download it again this may help.

Yes i took the new one off and download the one Micosoft told me to for Vista which is an older one, but still no joy

Well it's been a couple of months now and still no MSN my internet is T3 so nice and quick.

Any help out there please it was ok on windows XP but this Vista don't like it?
