changing mobile phone network

i have got two free sim cards for t mobile but they wont work in my vodafone phones is there anything i can do? apart from buying a new phone?

yup take your phone to a shop and get it unlocked from the vodafone network it will cost you about a tenner

Not necessarily... there are plenty of sites that offer free unlocking codes upon supplying certain info, ie. IMEI, network, etc.

There are also plenty of sites that offer unlock codes for as little as �1.99 if you Google a search term such as "(free) Nokia unlock codes"

Depends what make of phone it is though. I successfully unlocked my old Nokia ages ago, but not sure of name of site now!
