listen to radio

I would like to listen to radio programs on my computer and listen again when I have missed them it says I need Real Play ? i am on Vista windows could anyone help please.

The BBC have set up a nice helpful page for those wishing to download Real player. Here:

Note that you dont have pay ANYTHING to install Real Player so if you do get a page asking for details ignore them (I think the BBC version does not include this).

Also, near the end of the install it may ask you to "sign up". Again this is optional so just press Cancel to quite the sign up procces.
