A 3lb hammer should do the trick
Forget the camera for the moment.

What exactly is happening when you try to fix the network problem?

Elvis.............. i tried to fix my phone with a hammer but it didnt help?? ;)
Okay - what have you tried so far?

Try switching everything off at the plug - modem, router (if seperate), pcs. Wait at least a minute and switch on in this exact order:

Modem - wait 30 seconds
Router - wait 30 seconds
Pc(s)

That will often cure the problem.

is this wireless or wired?

You say network? how many computers?

how do you connect to the internet? is it a modem or a router with a built in modem (describe the box that your phone line plugs into if your not sure)
oh and what firewall have you got installed?

its a wired network connectng only 2 computers.

the main one is in the office and that connects to the internet via bt broadband hub.

the second computer is in the shop and we only run sage on it, both where working fine until a couple of weeks ago and now the sage wont run in the shop because of the network problem.

i have tried to repair the connection on both computers but it wont play ball?
