Whoa no... there are so many people in the world with the same name, and multiple email addresses, there'd be no possible way to provide a service like that. If it's a famous person or a high position person in a company you're trying to contact, check the company website.

Use Google, write to them all and appologise at the start if they are not the right person.

when you start recording who is who in Email adresses you are getting close to control. Too many people like anonymity in using the service that they enjoy. So you will never get a service that records actual addresses or peoples identity
