i am unable to run incredimail. Previously it was running fine. however, now it disappears soon after appearing in the system tray

first time internet connection advice?

I have this problem too. I had to format my computer and when I came to download Incredimail again it claims to have been successful yet disappears when I look for it. The only suggestion made to me was to check on the Windows updates to see if something recent is clashing with it. Nothing has worked so far - does anybody else have this trouble? I'm missing my paper with the ickle ducks on it *sob*
