can i delete content.IE5 from explorer and be ok with rest of system

next If i burn a word doc onto a cdr will I be able to open it in word and edit?

The only file I am aware of called content.IE5 is a file used in the spyware program WinFavorites. Instead of actually deleting it manually it may be better to download a removal tool for this.
