There are small ones (small in physical size) available that use two USB plugs and get all the power and data exchange from that. No need to plug it in the power even.

Deleting stuff from your C drive will not give you any more memory, however it will give you more drive space. if you need more memory you probably need to get more ram . to delete stuff from your C drive, just uninstall unused programmes and store all files you dont need so often on CD/DVD and delete them from your PC. You need to be accurate about what the message actually says and what you are doing at the time to prompt this message.
