can anyone tell me if it is possible to retrieve a special folder from a mobile phone which i deleted accidently and contains a message from my late daughter. many thanks treetops

I am really sorry to hear that you've accidentally deleted a cherished message but I think I might have some good news for you.

There is downloadable software available on the internet that claims to be able to recover messages from mobile phones and doing a search via Google will probably be able to bring up something suitable.

Although I've never had to use such software myself, I've known that a few of my students have successfully recovered files and messages using software of this type.
