Further to my previous question about Adobe Reader, I have now managed to load this. however when I try to open my document it asks me to print my Microsoft product key which I don't have. What on earth is this ?

Will creating a new PS3 ID delete my saved games? If so how do I transfer them?

any one found a flash player for windows phone 7

mine is stuck under the lappy. If you have Windows discs the PKey is printed on the manual.

Well I put the correct Product Key in when asked, and it didn't work. I double checked it with a magnifying glass and it still doesn't work. Help !!

Why would adobe reader be asking for a microsoft key!?!

Sorry if I've missed an earlier question, but what exactly are you trying to do?

Adobe reader will NEVER need a MS key. Make sure you're not inadvertently loading a hookey program...

I had an email which had an Adobe download, I needed to open Microsoft Office with a Product Key to read the download .. does this make sense ?

The product key is a 25 digit number on the b ottom of my laptop. When I put the number in microsoft didn't recognise it.

I don't understand - we've downloaded Adobe, it didn't ask for anything to do with Microsoft. Have you bought Adobe as part of a package?

Are you entering the Windows key ? You need the number for Ms Office to open Word etc.

I have Microsoft products on my Windows Vista but I seems I have to buy the product to be able to get/enter the product key. That is my understanding of it. If that is the case it's a rip off. I don't use it but it's there if I pay for it.

Thanks noth, I've got Open Office but i sometimes need to open an attachment from an email and it is in Adobe. then I need my Microsoft product key number on the bottom of my laptop. That's the one Microsoft won't accept !
