Yes. The Alt+ code on most computers are 0189 for � and 0188 for � (� is 0190). Hold down the Alt key, type the corresponding number on the right-hand keypad, then release Alt.
spudqueen - if you bring up character map [usually charmap.exe] you'll find all the extra characters available, useful for things like wingdings/webdings
As maitre d' indicates, you can also use Character Map to find out the Alt+ codes.
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map (or Start -> Run -> charmap.exe) click on the symbol you want to use and the Alt+ code is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner.
