annoying pop up

How can I delete a program that somehow has got itself firmly stuck on my computer. Whilst using internet a pop called "bullseye net work" frequently appears I  have tried removing, deleting etc but message "access denied " comes up .Opening up prog leads to a file "bargains.exe" this will not delete either. Any suggestions?

download a program called Ad-aware its free ..this should sort the problem....just type adaware into a google search and it should find the site

hi powell1975 tried that but some sort of problem resulted causing computer to shut down had to uninstall to sort out

I had this problem with the same 'Bullseye Network' a couple of weeks ago but Adaware got rid of mine.  I also seem to remember going into 'Add/Remove programs' first as it had installed itself as a program.

You could try, Microsofts own free Syware removal tool;

Try downloading 'Spybot - Search & Destroy' from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html (Sometimes Ad-Aware can be too aggresive).
