Hehe- she's a little bu88er shaney. She's a 11 week old Jack Russell called Missy. It's like a madhouse round 'ere now. Mini Boo belts from room to room screaming her head off with laughter because there's a dog attached to the bottom of her jumper :-)

Sorry I missed your birthday Jude, sounds like it was good one, did you save me some cake?

shaney- never had shingles (isn't that summet to do with beaches?), so I've no idea what it really is to be honest, but I hope it gets sorted soon xxx

Also- not sure who knows (or even cares- lol) but I'm gonna be a granny. Eldest daughter is expecting twins (yes I know!) and they'll arrive in March- me a granny :-(

Oh the woofer sounds lovely .I bet Mini Boo is thrilled with her ..they can grow up together ..I am hovering about another one.But Mr S is quite adamant that we won't be having any more dogs but I am working on him !

Shingles is a nerve thing which you can get when you are run down which I have been lately ..you get these things along with various itises and ologies when you are a dedicated follower of fashion and have to run barefoot in the grass to to keep that hippy image alive !
I must remember to wear me vest .
Lovely that you are to be a gran ...my eldest niece is only five years younger than me and I have lost count of them all....I don't know if I would rather be a grandmother or a great great aunt and have a chap who is approaching fifty yell out "Yooohooo.....Aunty J. "in the High Street !

ooh, granny B00 in here, someone offer her an Ovaltine and some Rich Tea biscuits. I had shingles once, shaney - it amounted to a slightly itchy eye, but that's how the doc diagnosed it. She said there's an invisible line down the middle of your face and the shingles won't cross it, hence only one eye affected.

Hi BOO how ya doing?

My adopted sister is 57 and she's now a great grandma! I'm still waiting as daughter is only 21yrs and not interested in settling down with anyone, although she does have an extremely nice boyfriend at the moment. I gave birth to her when I was 42. As more and more of her friends are having babies she's says hmm maybe she should have one, and when I point out that would tie her to the house and not Space and Pacha, she says, Mum you'd have her then - well I would but I'm not telling her that. I'm still suffering post-natal depression from her!!!

well well well I see it is going to be 90 degrees in Boston next week and I shall be there, off to look at the fall foliage (which seems to have started a bit late this year but is now going yellow down the mountains in Vermont, should be lovely in 7-10 days). Naturally I am praying for floods or blizzards across western Europe to prevent me feeling homesick, but please don't take it personally.
